Call Recording In Gsm Handsets

Recommended Posts

Hello..

Can anyone suggest best GSM handset which handles call recording (BEEPLESS) effectively??

I tried symbian phones with paid softwares like Ultimate call recorder, total recall, etc but even though they will suppress beep for other party, still there is beep on my phone. Also, if i select option to suppress beep at both ends, then the recording is not clear.

Cost is not an issue but i want it desperately.

Thanks in advance.

TP2 is the best way to get the voices saved both the caller and the reciever. Tried and tested. Same software doesnt work well with diamond I wonder why but TP2 is flawless.

Contact Hitesh bhai if you need one.

in symbian if you choose .wav format than beep is not supressed properly. If you choose AMr then quality is not so great.

New windows phone support two way call conversation recording in great quality and that too in mp3 format. THE BEST of all still for call recording is PALM OS and callrec software Records in WAV format - of crystal clear quality, no beep, very small footprint so no slowdown of system.

If you wish to use Android, than airvoice on version 1.5 is of acceptable quality but file naming and software is very primitive.

In that case, whats the best PALM model in GSM as on now??

I can upload a file in which you can see how well it is... you have to hear it to believe it that too WITHOUT speakerphone on.

TP2 Sprint version is a world phone so you can use it either way.

Give me a days time, I will upload the file.

Try TP2 as users vouch for quality and current device so you may bet better support and service. Palm is dead OS and last device was palm centro.

Seems better option.. Just clear some doubts:-

1. Since it is a world phone, can i configure TATA Indicom + BSNL on it to be worked either at a time?

2. Battery Life with GSM as well as CDMA?

3. Agreed that there are no beeps. The one which i m using in symbian suppresses beeps but still the beeps are audible to ME (not the other party). I want NOT A SINGLE BEEP anywhere. Just confirm it.

Any offers (sellers) for TP2 (Unlocked - World phone) - I wud prefer BRAND NEW.

Regards.

lol!!! no beeps.......

You can configure 3 numbers simultaneously(2 CDMA+1 GSM) but just 1 will work at a time.

Swiching between CDMA and GSM, you wont need to restart the phone but switching between CDMA phone will need to be restarted as you will have to change the NAM.

Battery life is really good.

Alternate if u want only for call recording with low cost then, try LAVA KKT 22 or KKT 24. I have tried and its very good for converstaion recording.
