Port Problem In Connecting PC with Classic 23

With my Classic23,i installed driver.there after when i tried to connect it says PORT IS ALREADY OCCUPIED.

i reinstalled driver but same again.

i reinstalled Win-xp and tried but same again.

got irrited coz this FWP working fine with another pc and ZTE880+ working smoothly with old PC,than whats the hell with that combination?

plz guide me if someone faced the abive problum.

try changing port number of classic 23, it may be sharing ports now.

Tried but results ZERO.
