TeeKay 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2005 i don't know what tata's PTT has on offer but i've used hutch pust to talk service and even though its fun, but its certainly not what people would want to do often....the biggest drawback being that since it operates like walky-talky only one person can speak at a time and the other big problem being that evertime you speak u have to keep a specific button pressed for the PTT service to work, which can be very iriitating even if u talk for 5 minutes......I don't know why people would go for this service when operators like reliance give free local as well as std calls these days....it makes sense only if u r on roaming and can manage to keep your keep your calm and use it like a walky talky. as for me i deactivated my Hutch PTT the day i came to know reliance is giving free local and std calls and opted for reliance instead, along with my group of friends.
