Jar file can be installed directly w/o conversion also. BBs support java and I had used a few games in jar format directly on my 8830. However, if you want to get jad or alx file for any cod file, utility for the same had been posted somewhere in this thread or in the thread of "Reviews and Hacks" by name of "Create a Jad". And what I remind that I had also posted a guide for using firefox browser on PC for OTA download of cod files on PC. I had used the same method to download Google Maps 4.4 for BB 83xx posted by me today. If you still had some problem, do let me know, I will get the needed cod/alx/Jad files for you.
