It is a mid-budget Dual-SIM touchscreen phone headed for the Chinese market, more specifically the China Telecom carrier. Hope this will not be that countless no. of phones dished out by Samsung and LG where features like good price point, touchscreen, good specs are rendered uselss because off, -Slow Processors -Proprietary OS so lack of application installation support.
