Yesterday after I switched it on it would be in stand by mode and would not come on till I rebooted .... Happens every second day. Please help. I don't think it is a battery problem. ami1 237 Report post Posted September 5, 2010 (edited) If battery is loose then you can try putting a piece of folded paper on top end of battery so that it remains pushed against the contacts at the bottom end. I started getting ghost taps yesterday suddenly - touchscreen would show the touch ripples on its own and start dialling strange numbers or opening apps. I caught it on video to post here but after some googling i found that its sometimes due to faulty cable/charger and after changing my usb cable the problem seems to have disappeared. Touchwood.
