Error 797 on Huawei EC-121 USB Modem

Hi ,

I newly bought this USB data modem, EC121, i believe, am getting an error as

Error 797; a connection to the remote computer could not be established....

kindly help me

It is likely that the modem driver did not install properly. What does the device status show in Device Manager?

remove your dial-up and reintall it,will definanatly solve your problum.

if you have another modem driver in it also,which is you are not using than remove them also.

Now am getting error 633; modem is already is connected
