I am looking for Reliance CDMA smartphone preferably on Android OS. May you please suggest some good phones.

Is HTC Hero available in the market now?

Its a good pick considering that Android 3 is gonna have minimum hardware requirement of 1Ghz processor & 512MB RAM.
