ananth001 21 Report post Posted September 27, 2010 I also thought the same....was playing around with my Incredible, gave it a try, and yeah it works out-of-the-box. - don't know whether it's bcoz already hav WiFi tether installed - but even without switching on WiFi tether I can WiFi my macbook to the DINC's 3g hotspot Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Arun 795 Report post Posted September 27, 2010 When I connected to Mobile Network and then selected "3G Mobile Hotspot" option (in Settings > Wireless & Networks), it shows "Tethering or hotspot active" but then the "Mobile Network" gets disconnected and just shows "Turning on..."
