Infact, I tried calling custservice for the same and they said it's because of some upgradation(which I think they do it most of the time!) that there are some problems. And even if u callup their cust service, there's a recorded msg and it sys that there's some upgradation going on to provide "superior services" and that's why u might face some problems accessing some pages of rworld. try resetting it, might work, but gives error messege on some applications.
