I got back an automated reply informing me that they will get back to me within 24 hours or max 72 hours depending on my questions. Lets hope that they reply properly. I was told to write to their business section with detailed input. So fired a mail there same day. On 2 May itself, icicilb discount code started working which was posted yesterday.
