Point is now they have increased to 45$ and reason told by them is china addition. Ofcourse this will not affect existing users and only new users has to pay 45$. That coupon might have expired no way to know unless someone tries to create new account using it. I have read the posts before posting. It is worth creating an account if it costs USD5-USD10 but USD35/USD45 is costly. The other hassle is there is no way to pay online for the shipping/customs, it has to be paid to the person in cash which is troublesome if the customs amount is high and one is short of money. I don't have personal experience with ICC PPO service, but i know this from one of other tech forum and i also heard they deliver the item little quicker than shopandship. One of the member from that forum, recently(2 week back) bought an motorola atrix 4G from ebay.com for 325$ and shipped through ICC PPO service.
