I have very bad experience with sellers offering free shipping. One of the seller used Media mail (meant for books and CD/DVD) to ship cellphone. There is a chance that post office may charge overdue shipping charge if they found media mail is misused. Ebay won't owe any responsibility for shipping method used by seller.
