'Letsbuy' disallowed using the ICICI code - "Already used". Then I created a new login on behalf of my friend & tried. Again disallowed - "Already used". Then I called them over phone, for a solution. They suggested me to use different computer, new login Registered in that IP. But when I tried as a Guest - it accepted the ICICI code but insisted to use only ICICI Credit Card / Debit Card / ICICI Internet banking A/c.
