Does anyone have a good deal for a laptop? I am looking to buy a laptop and I would like at least a 14" screen size if not 15.6" along with i3 or i5 processor and graphics card (if possible). Windows 7 (since I dont want to end up hunting for OS later on). I am located in Mumbai so any offline deals too would be welcome. If anyone has any new laptop for offer too, more than welcome. Dont want a used one since it is for my wife!

The prices quoted here and higher than the prices for same models as shown on the official Dell website so it does seem like a kind of scam that they increase the prices and then indicate a Rs 3000 bargain! Anyway thanks a lot for the info!

Thanks bro, not able to 1 as now i'm in mobile.. Btw, can i refill the cartridge after empty? I was looking at buying Dell v515w from singapore for around 90$(rs.3600).. But, i think i got 2 hurdles..

1.cartridge not refillable(dunno if i'm correct)

2.no dell printer support available in india(same as above)

if the above problems are not there, i'll go for dell as it seems to be cheaper.. Pls give your opinion on this..

One more thing, i'm gonna buy a laptop from singapore..

Got my choices narrowed down to

• No idea whether mentioned HP printer cartridge can be refilled.
  
• Reg. Laptop as the poster above said, depends on your usage. Unless you want to do heavy duty graphic/animation work, play demanding games all the time, config selected by you is overkill for normal day to day general usage IMHO.
  
• Still if you really need that config, Toshiba, Asus are better brands compared to Dell, Acer.
  
• Such laptops are available in India at similar price to singapore cost you mentioned. So i don't understand the logic of buying it from Singapore and worry about warranty unless there is a huge price difference.
