I cannot see ADSL mentioned or am missing something - both 3420 and 3220 are modem + router right? Or is it only router and needs the 3G modem? Your queries are confusing! You started with a stationery router operated with electricity (but without built in ADSL modem) with 3G USB stick support, then asked for whether ADSL modem is there or not in 3420/3220 and in between also asking for olive nexus comparison which again is a battery operated portable WiFi Hotspot without built in ADSL modem! Now I wanted to replace this and thought of sapido. Correct me if wrong, but that is adsl modem + router + 3g usb modem isn't it? But couldn't find that on ebay hence this conundrum. So basically what I want to purchase is a device into which 1. I can plug in my wired bb adsl connection (bsnl, airtel etc.) and access internet either wired or wirelessly (wlan should be in the device) plus 2. But its the best and suitable for the purpose. But works on GSM USB modems only. I purchased this and got a used item. Rajan bhai one last question - if I am not buying this off EBay, then is the sapido fulfilling the requirement of ADSL modem + router + GSM/CDMA 3g USB modem? Most of them go for the cheapest MEID registration thru UN-authorised sources or register MEID as Blackberry where the Buyer is always in problem with Data. So ask seller for Data before you buy. nitink 279 Report post Posted June 30, 2012 agree with kapil, after sales support is very important, after my official OTA for ICS , all my settings for reliance cdma have been deleted. maybe coz i was using my razr as non omh with evdo. so its better to buy the handset if the seller is from same city coz u never know when u will need support. i spoke to the guy who programmed my handset and he was eager to help. gonna visit him tomm.
