sujit_k 141 Report post Posted November 6, 2012 Itni baatein hui hai to koi good deal on induction cooktop bhi bata do, as far as i think buying ONLY a induction cooktop is not a great idea cos we also need " Induction Base Kadai/Frypan/Tava" for it and thats gonna kill you too, so if i can have any GOOD DEAL with all these ??? Anything made of stainless steel or iron works great on induction cooktop. But there are some models out there which (claim that they) work with any utensil. @Sujit, point taken. Thanks for enlightening us! Thank you Setu Sir I think the Surface contact of Induction cooking top & utensils should be maximum. very correct.. But the magnetic field has the power to penetrate upto atleast 1inch above the surface of the cook top.. So slightly curve utensils also work on it. Although there is a small amount of energy loss, but it works.. The utensils should be iron or steel though.

Kindly advice All Induction base tops are same.only iron and steel vessels works If you are looking for any vessel then there is one type called halogen based not induction type.In Halogen type top gets heated and heat gets transferred to the vessel. There is heat loss and efficiency is less compared to induction type. Also stove will be very hot to handle.

commonman 228 Report post Posted November 9, 2012 with the restrictions on LPG, its time to put the microwave, mostly lying idle in majority of kitchens, into better use. except for Dal & Milk, most other Indian dishes can be cooked well. In my kitchen, most of the veggies are first lightly fried on the gas and then transferred to the microwave for the balance cooking.

I saw a few headsets from Skull Candy and Sennheiser. please suggest a good headset and a good deal. my budget is around 2 to 3K. No earphone and no wireless needed. I need proper wired headsets :-) Thanx! Don;t think of brands only. Because sound output of ear/headphones/speakers vary from model to model. Some are heavy on one side of frequency some on other side. Some are built to output balanced frequencies. I have been using Sennheiser PMX100 for past 3 years. Balanced sound and comfortable to wear. I will certainly recommend it to anyone. I am not sure if Sennheiser is manufacturing this model any more. I have never used skull-candy. I will suggest you do your search, read reviews and choose a model depending upon your taste. And do list here your choice if you find a great deal for your choosen headset. ami1 237 Report post Posted November 11, 2012 ....... In my kitchen, most of the veggies are first lightly fried on the gas and then transferred to the microwave for the balance cooking. That's a good way of cooking. Light stir fry seals the veggies and micro or oven then brings them up to your level of taste without losing nutrients. Off course, I would prefer oven since microwaves tend to kill some nutrients that we are just finding out. But, still micro is very convenient these days. Magic box quota seems over. It can be charged with any micro usb charger. One surprising trend i noticed is that something posted in this topic quickly sells out. First that Videocon 32" LCD and now this. There must be silent buyers who has focus only on the buy button! Fastest fingers first! Kaun Banega Deal Pati!
