Even the sale Indiatimes is carrying is doubtfull, i was awake to buy a tablet on tablet night, as soon as the clock struck 12, all tabs were sold out and only , the brands i dint want featured discounts, so i highly doubt , this is all publicity i suppose...

Though Samsung HDD deal is very good, would advise to stick with the other WD deal mentioned. These particular model of Samsung HDD is not original Samsung manufactured but a rebadged Seagate HDD after Samsung HDD business was taken over by it. There has been many complaints all over the web for this model failing immediately, DOA and other issues.

Makes good sense to stick to WD for just Rs 286 more.

When I spoke to the CC there was a very poor response. Subsequently sent a mail to Cancel the order.

Today, as if waiting for me to Cancel the order, reply has come as :-
