US Dollar closed near 69 today, So effective card rate for payment will be Rs 70.5+ .. Last i heard, Google was even cancelling orders from US play store with indian credit cards! Nexus 4 16GB cost of US$ 249 is without taxes & US local shipping. Adding both should come to approx $293 = Rs 20,656. Add US to india shipping & customs approx Rs 2,000. Total Rs 22,656.
