vabs 81 Report post Posted March 21, 2014 Puneet ji, it will take time but order surely get deliver and customer care is also better, even my order showed the same status even after 1 month of delivered date. last time when i order on pune address it never reached me but when i complained and given mumbai address i received two packs of same order. when i informed them they told me previous order also got rerouted, pls send it back on sender address, just for $5 i am not going to take hassle so told them to charge on my card they did not charge it and i did not send it back. i guess delay is mostly due to USPS, (i think) they don't deliver to all cities. regards Vaibhav My usage experiences : Don't go for full body protection, it doesn't give breathing space for device (means heat don't get out), my moto defy battery life deteriorated early (it was about die but this made it run faster towards end:) ), follow the instruction on site for application. it takes 2-3 days for fully settle in and goes away initial sticky feel. It really works well but add a slight bit of yellow ting over period of the time. I will definitely recommend (4/5*) it any time as it really protects that screen from scratches. amixt 16 Report post Posted March 21, 2014 I surely give 5 star for xtremeguard shipping and customer service. 1 .On march 8 i placed order (92% off and $5.87 int'l shipping/ paid rs 877 for 12 protector) and received it on 20th march, Mumbai location. 2. Placed on Feb 13 and delivered on 26 feb. in this order one screen guard was missing, i contacted CC through email and they shipped missing one on same day. I ordered in bulk for family and friends.10/12 quantity is bulk for me - There is no match for the price i paid(rs 70) and superb quality. Happy buyer! As mentioned here by other posters, most probably it will be a cheap chinese clone phone if at all it is received. (Same experience also mentioned by many people in other online reviews) Just type "Kaunsa Fraud" in google search & be aware of huge number of people who have never received either the product / refund OR got fake ones & defrauded by Kaunsa.
