Checked with authorized Onkyo dealer in Bangalore, but he has only 3400 which is the next version (Price only 34,000 ) Any Rim Web users of this HT model.. Any better model / brand at this price range or even lesser also with same quality??? My living room dim is (W x L 15 x12) CNET review I am using Onkyo 3300, brought this from Mumbai for 21k. Atleast, we can feel relax that our hard earned money would not go wasted. Those who are still waiting for refund, please update your status. I will reiterate that please do not loose your hope as in this case seller is a big fraudster and Paypal has also confirmed this. Please do keep your communication with Paypal if not received refund. They immediately replied back saying the case has been shut and in favor of the buyer. So finally am receiving the money back. Hope everyone else who have not yet received would receive it soon,just keep track with paypal and keep shooting them mails. Its funny and strange, what is Paypal's crieteria for approving refund? Can there be case that Paypal again charge my credit card for USD 36? Instead I send them the photo as attachmentin 2 forms - as a reply to the email I received and also I responded to the case on paypal and attached the photo as a file. I was in the process of "also" faxing the document when I received this email from Paypal - email 1- Dear Dhiraj Kaile, Thank you for providing tracking information confirming that you returned the item associated with this case. You will receive a separate email with information on how this case will be resolved. email 2- Dear Dhiraj Kaile, We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favour. You have indicated that a partial refund of $36.00 USD would be satisfactory. We were able to recover $36.00 USD, and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow five working days for this adjustment to be posted. If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the seller. If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges. I also got back the coin sent to China. It seems that PayPal has rejected only my claim. I have sent many mails (through their "contact us" link on their website) to prove my points but everytime their reply is negative. Just now sent them an email with pictures (tinypic url) of the returned letter. In the meantime, request all of you to PLEASE PM me your Case Number (Something like PP-001-272-249-xxx), I think it does not harm your case and will help me in putting my case more strongly.
