There would have been no question of refund then. Anyway in addition to calling their customer care for refund, please write a strong email to their CEO at ceo@letsbuy.com @ALL Everyone who ordered Samsung Galaxy Pop Deal which was cancelled and did not receive any Discount Coupon as compensation, Please call Letsbuy Customer Care at 011 40808888. Give your order number and insist for a discount coupon. If you are given Rs 200 Discount coupon, insist for Rs 500 Discount Coupon on Minimum Purchase of Rs 750 saying the same has been given to others. If you are asked to whom it has been given, you can give reference of my Order ID which was LSB-186318. Most probably you will get it in your email within 2 days. Honest 836 Report post Posted July 6, 2011 Rajan Bhai is very correct here. I too called Letsbuy yesterday and asked them to compensate with atleast Rs.1000/- coupon. First they offered me Rs.200/- discount on Rs.500/- purchase. I told them if they won't compensate with atleast Rs.1000/- coupon then I'm not going to buy any product from them anymore. Then they offered me Rs.500/- discount on the purchase of Rs.750/-. I asked them to give me the coupon number on the spot. But they insisted that it will be delivered by mail only within 48 hours. By tomorrow I too will get my discount coupon of Rs.500/-. So, all those members whose order was cancelled by letsbuy, should call their customer care and ask for the compensation.
