dkaile 1,051 Report post Posted October 28, 2010 lol @muffi... har aadmi ki aadat alag alag hoti hai yaar.... samjha karo... thats the beauty of android, you can have endless customisations, or stick to the ones u like best... BTW, Epic is growing on me so fast, I really thank you for having pushed me to it... @others - I am updating my previous page/s also side by side as I keep discovering new features (like the beautiful smart dialling option, which I though was the forte of HTC only... but Samsung has done a 2 thumbs up job)

gaurangbhartia 19 Report post Posted October 29, 2010 ^ Don't go by 'Coming soon' of these sites... As mentioned, it is all BS. There once once a 'Coming Soon' for a mobile called Olive VG-1 link --> http://www.newtechnology.co.in/olive-vg1-price/ If you notice the first post was posted in Jan 2010. Now its almost Nov 2010 and still no news whatsoever or any clarifications of any kind. So don't go by these sites. Furthermore, Reliance in the past has always been over-pricing its handset... there is no way that this will be launched in 17-19k. I will be really surprised if they do ! This Android OS 2.2 upgrade also contains a number of other enhancements, such as faster performance thanks to a new JIT compiler and the ability to store applications on a removable memory card. In addition, this system software upgrade will include a fix for a bug that sometimes causes the Galaxy S models to be unable to get a GPS lock. Also Note - Samsung is World's 2nd largest Mobile Phone Manufacturer; while iphone has grown to 4th place leaving behind Blackberry and Sony. Nokia though no.1 is steadily loosing its market share. Nokia maintains its rank at the top with 110.4 million unit shipments. Samsung placed second with shipment of 71.4 million handsets while LG Electronics placed third with 28.4 million unit shipments. Apple seized 4.3 percent share of the cell phone market worldwide with 14.1 million shipments of handsets from July to September. The figure represents doubled quantity of shipments during the same period of last year. Edited October 31, 2010 by dkaile
