BlackBerry 8830 (CDMA+GSM) from Reliance - Unable to use with AirTel

im trying to use bb8830 of releance mobile for my airtel connection in which balckberry mail services are already activated. Hoe ever i m not able to register the device to airtel network. I have updated the software as well to 4.5.186 version.

Airtel people said there is some probelem with device.

surprisingly my BB messenger services is working though the device is not registering to airtel network.

if i put the sim to other moble i m able to regisyer the handset with airtel network.

can any one explain the problem and suggest solution for the same.

yes tried to register through website also. but the device is not reflecting in the site.

few things would like to inform...

In the advance settings section Host routing section enteries are showing and after clicking for regestration sms confirmation is also comming on my mobile. or whenever i reinsert the airtel sim sms confermation that your device is regestered with the network comes immediately.

2- Balccberry messenger services are working and i m able to add the contacts through sendig the PIN. and able to chat eaisely.

3- BUT the device is not reflecting in airtel network.
