raccoon 53 Report post Posted November 10, 2010 Tried to access some settings that required SIM PIN2 on a handset using my Docomo SIM. Tried security and unlock codes as mentioned in manual (000000 and 1234) and the phone locked me out out these settings. If I try to access these settings I get the message "SIM Blocked" with the option to enter PIN2 Unblock Code or go "Back". The manual asks me to contact the Service Provider if I forget these codes. Just contacted Docomo Customer Care and the guy didn't seem to know anything about it and asked me to contact the handset manufacturer (he said they can only supply PUK code). But this is obviously a SIM related issue, so the handset manufacturer will most likely pass the back right back to service provider. Have never changed the default codes.
