Yes, 11k for 3.6Mbps HSDPA modem... Not so worthy, imho..

Hmmm, better to use an android HSPA phone with HotSpot app or even latest S60 phones (E72) with Jaiku-Hotspot app... Will be much better, cheap and fast..

And only SIM slot, no USB MODEM connection option. So, it cannot be used to share EVDO/1X internet from Tata Photon Whiz/Plus or Reliance Net Connect or MTS Blaze.

This is not good.

waste of money

donot buy

there are cheaper routers available on ebay which can allow u to plug in ur usb dongle straight away

also Reliance GSM and others will be HSPA+ , so why to invest 11000rs in HSDPA routers

PS: Tmobile USA , has HSPA+ networks and they call it as "4G " , though technical definition of 4G is different , but all operator started calling all networks with speeds above conventional 3G networks as 4G

So wimax , HSPA+ are called as 4G , though according to definition they are not

So if we consider that , our 3G networks should be at par with USA "4G" coz even we are getting HSPA+ ., so if u go by USA operator definitions we already will be having "4G" ....lol

Also HSPA+ is faster than Wimax , so though we are talking about 3G , but in HSPA+ areas we actually would be getting speeds equivalent to what they call 4G in usa !!!

I bought this when I was in KL (Malaysia) just because of its specifications. Later on I realized that I will not be able to use for next few months, so, it went to viper_in_blood. This is an excellent 3G/3.75G router. :)

I also bought TP-Link TD-W8960N (adsl modem + router) which I am personally using.

Regards,

MG.
