Need Help Activating Verizon HTC Ozone On Reliance

Hi,

I have one unlocked verizon htc ozone. But when I insert reliance sim, it asks activate your mobile. When I dial *228, it fails to activated.

What could be the problem and how to activate it?

There is nothing as Unlocked in CDMA ---- needs PRL to work, *228 wont help and needs programing to work in Rel.

doc , ozone is world edition phone, CDMA needs to be programmed & GSM, can be used if unlocked to accept any network.. this is just like BB8830WE..

i m trying to use a cdma sim which so far i was using with Chinese lephone mobile. i m simply changing mobile as of now.

only gurus can throw more light on this issue.. as in BB8830 SOME series of CDMA RUIMS worked.. As i do not have Ozone, can't be so sure, but it will work on R-CDMA after programming..

please try using some GSM SIM in the SIM slot & put ur phone in Global mode.. if it latches to the network, GSM will work..

No way for OZONE to work in Reliance use it in GSM after Unlocking it by codes.
