Please suggest between Samsung Fascinate vs HTC Incredible?

Hi, I am using Blackberry 8530(Sprint) in Tata Indicom. Missing BIS and Call conference.

In Reliance I have option to choose between Two Handsets:

HTC Droid Incredible or Samsung Fascinate

So pls help me to choose between these two handsets for My Reliance CDMA Connection.

@ Happy: Can please know how did you manage to get an imported 8530 to work on TATA Indicom? I was under the impression that its difficult to program imported BB 8530s to Reliance and TATA as it can be done to the older BBs?

Just wanted to know that's all.
