Why Animals Don't Get Heart Attacks... But People Do! -

Anyone wants the full book, let me know; Its a eye opener...

Nutshell - Vitamin C intake...

Some Excerpts -

The largest "epidemic" on earth is caused by heart attacks, strokes and other forms of cardiovascular disease that have cost hundreds of millions of lives. Today, we know that this "cardiovascular epidemic" is not a genuine disease, but the result of longterm deficiencies of vitamins and other essential nutrients in millions of cells of our bodies — and it is preventable. This book is an account of this discovery, which will save millions of lives worldwide. The "cardiovascular epidemic" is one of the largest economic burdens in America and other countries. The direct and indirect costs associated with this disease amount to trillions of dollars worldwide each year. This book shows how these funds can be freed for other important public and private tasks.

This very same "cardiovascular epidemic" is also the core of the largest investment business on earth — the pharmaceutical "business with disease." The end of this epidemic will inevitably terminate the pharmaceutical business as we know it today. This book is the pharmaceutical industry's "Enemy Number One." With the largest and most profitable investment industry on earth fighting the discoveries documented in this book, it is no surprise that you may not have heard about them elsewhere. The drug industry buys influence in the media, medicine and politics, and it has been the largest corporate donor for the current US Administration. Thus, the faster the message of this book spreads, the sooner the unscrupulous "business with disease" will end.

Animals don't get heart attacks because they produce Vitamin C in their bodies, which protects their blood vessel walls. In humans, who are unable to produce vitamin C, dietary vitamin deficiency of this nutrient weakens the blood vessel walls. Cardiovascular disease is an early form of scurvy. Clinical studies document that the optimum daily intake of vitamins and other essential nutrients halts and reverses coronary heart disease naturally. These essential nutrients supply vital bioenergy to millions of heart and blood vessel cells, thereby optimizing cardiovascular function. An optimum supply of vitamins and other essential nutrients can prevent and help correct cardiovascular conditions naturally. Heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, heart failure, circulatory problems in diabetes and other cardiovascular problems will be essentially unknown in future generations.

Why Bears Are Not Extinct -

If anyone among my readers still thinks that cholesterol may cause heart attacks, I would like to share the following facts:

Bears, and millions of other hibernating animals, have average cholesterol levels of over 400 mg per deciliter (more than twice of humans). If cholesterol were indeed the culprit causing heart attacks and strokes, bears and other hibernating animals would have long ago become extinct as a result of heart attacks. The reason why bears are still among us is simple — they produce high amounts of vitamin C in their bodies, which stabilize their artery walls so they are unaffected by cholesterol.

The fact that bears are not extinct proves:

1. Elevated cholesterol blood levels are not the primary cause of atherosclerosis, heart attacks and strokes.

2. Achieving and maintaining stability of the artery walls through an optimum vitamin supply is more important than lowering cholesterol and other risk factors in the bloodstream.

3. Cholesterol and other repair factors in the bloodstream can only become risk factors if the artery walls are weakened by chronic vitamin deficiency.

Vitamin C is one of the most effective naturally occurring ready available "Anti-Oxidant" - its widely present in natural fruits and best part is its cheap.

The Whole IDEA of Chawanyaprash is based on Amla a bombshell of C

for that matter to biggest defense the body has is Anti-Oxidant System

When body functions in a day to day life it produces "Free Radicals" this are damaging to Blood vessels root cause of Heart attack (smoking increases free radicals) Our friend vitamin C neutralizes the radicals and thus save the injury

YOu can have any natural Anti-Oxidant and it will work - Vit C being wide in nature and cheap is preferred.

please reefer to the link below and read it

+1 for impossible suggestions :Equivocado:

Kyon sab impossible chij karne ko bolte ho???

Sahi me bolu to I have really idea but could not get time and also not very motivated to work on it, i.e. making FLOUR MILL using stone (preferably natural stone - remember old age flour grinding hand operated chakkis??) but bottom stone which is stationary has chilled water cooling system, which keeps grinding system cool so temperature of ATTA do not increase as it increases in ATTA CHAKKIS of all type, hence nutrition is retainined

If some one is interested take trials there is ahuge healthy atta chakki business ahead.

A very good initiative indeed by Dhiraj ji :) running after MEID registration with Rel and Tata we often move our health to second in priority list. I would like to add a simple tip that we hear all the time but is often over looked. Drink lots of water. About 8-10 glasses will do.
