Apn Setting Samsung Fascinate

In trying to get Reliance data services running on Samsung Fascinate I've come across apn settings. I guess this is the way to go about it to enable net access.

I need help in filling out the fields

apn name="" numeric=" " mcc=" " mnc=" " apn=" " user=" " server="*" password=" " proxy="null" port="null" mmsproxy="null" mmsport="null" mmsprotocol="null" mmsc=" " type="null"

I think this is for GSM setting,

But samsung fascinate is CDMA phone.

Just like to add that Samsung Fascinate contains no menu selection for APN settings.

I'm using adb to pull /system/etc/apns-conf.xml editing it and pushing it back.

For instance i need to replace authentication with auth="1"

Proper format is necessary for this to work. still no success.

Can some one post their working internet reliance apns-conf.xml file

Edit: I've edited the apns-config.xml using apnbackuprestore rebooted with the following values and still no internet

name="Rnet"

numeric="00000"

mcc="405"

mnc="13"

apn="rcomnet"

user="null"

server="null"

password="null"

proxy="null"

port="null"

mmsproxy="null"

mmsport="null"

mmsprotocol="null"

mmsc="null"

type="default"

Hey buddy..

have you solved the issue ? I am also not having internet on my fascinate. Need help in configuring the settings if possible. Plz do let us know if you were successful and how ?
