Contact Numbers Not Displaying on Incoming Calls in BlackBerry 8830

Hi to all,

I am facing a strange problem in my Sprint 8830:

While using Reliance CDMA no. I can get caller names from address book on incoming calls, but when I switch to Reliance GSM, incoming calls doesn't show any caller names.

I have tried following:

1) Disabling content protection.

2) Changed country code/Area code in Smart Dialing, but nothing helped me out.

please advise any solution to come out from this problem..

My Pleasure to share the solution..

What I have done earlier is, I have synced my address book from outlook contacts where I have saved contact nos. with '0' zero as prefix

In smart dialing option I have put country code +91 which may caused the conflict.

I have just removed prefixed zero from saved contacts & got the problem solved, now my incoming calls associated with address book contacts shows the name of caller.
