kshah 452 Report post Posted January 9, 2011 When you start any application like google map or other navigation program, gps radio will get fix from satellites. Samsung galaxy or facinate range has gps locking issue. In some phones it takes ever to latch to gps satellite. There are so called solutions which may work for some may not work for some. kshah 452 Report post Posted January 10, 2011 I have seen repeatedly that epic latches to satellite faster when moving in car. While standing it some time take ages or never latches. Another interesting observation is unless epic sees more than 5 satellite it doesn't latches one any one. It start latching only after it sees 6th satellite.
