Afaik the lowest rental plan of airtel here in TN Circle is (minutes based) Rs99 and it doesn't even have half the benefits of this plan. Plan benefits are Unlimited Reliance to Reliance all india, 4000 min std calling to other network, 3000 sms , 20 gb data. Fair use policy applicable..
