Help Me For Nokia 6275 APN Setting

I am using Nokia 6275 mobile under Reliance.

I will be very thankfull if anyone can hepl me with following :

1. not able to run Youtube video

2. not able to run NSE/BSE Live steamers coats.

bassically I think that live streaming is not running on my mobile.

when asked several time at the customer care, the some instructions were give by the customer care

to set the APN in the setting menu like this

setting->configure->personal config->options->streaming->enter A/c no. ->then enter APN-> then enter port->then enter ip no. and then save.

But in the setting options there I find on such options as Configure.

if anyone can help me out on this please advice me.
