How is the network quality in Pune. Can we use free airtime and data when we are in roaming in other than Docomo 3G circles. It fluctuates a lot in the area where I am staying(nigdi) and switches between between 3g and edge so the battery drains out in hours. 3. No you cant. You can avail all the benefits only when you are roaming in Docomo's Network. 4. Yes you can. "* Free minutes in roaming applicable only for outgoing usage while roaming on Tata Docomo network. Charges for incoming minutes apply." This is under the terms and conditions of Tata Docomo 3g and they have mentioned about the roaming question. You will get the benefits of just the services which you can enjoy in 2g network, like free roaming calls and internet on edge. No video calling would be available. Should you exceed your fair usage limit or such use be detected, TTSL reserves right to take action by restricting bandwidth, and/or suspension of data browsing and/ or temporarily suspend subscriber account in case of data usage in violation of fair usage policy. 06 TTSL may additionally manage customers' bandwidth at peak times to preserve the best experience for the greatest number of users. 07 Usage includes both upload and download of data. 08 Speeds mentioned are guaranteed upto the ISP node. 09 Unused benefits will not roll over to the next month. 10 Roaming is subject to connection to foreign networks and cannot be guaranteed. 11 Out of bundle charges for roaming usage will apply. 12 TTSL reserves the right to replace, amend or withdraw the service plans (in whole or part) or these terms at any time on reasonable notice. 13 This plan is meant for personal usage, and is not permissible for commercial usage , such as cyber cafes, shared usage, or any other public access. 14 Rate of 1p/10Kb applies for data in excess of bundled data within validity of the product. CC guys saying 3G benefits cannot be used in 2G circles. That is why I want clear confirmation from real users than useless CC guys.
