I am using Spice Mi300 for last 4 months and quite satisfied with it. I have recently upgraded to 2.2 (its possible with official ROM from original manufacturer even though Spice has not offered it so far). It is available for 9500 (with a little bargaining).

But this is a stripped down version and the main issue would be the phone internal memory (only 85 MB). It also uses T-Flash instead of Micro-SD card and supports only upto 16 GB. Only 2 MP Camera with no flash. Of course it has FM Radio as added functionality.
