manivannan 0 Report post Posted January 31, 2005 I am using a third party USB cable with 5130 (OS is Windows XP). When I try to synchronize my contacts, PC Sync says "Phone is locked or restricted" even when the phone is not locked (The key-guard is not enabled either). Has anyone ese faced this problem before ?
