jamit123 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 My father was having postpaid connection of BroadBand+ in his name, which he stopped using it. I thought of converting that in my name and start using it (prepaid). I visited reliance web world and filled the form to transfer BroadBand+ usb modem in my name. Its more than one month now, but still it is not activated in my name. It looks like they are not interested in new customer. Every time I visit them they say that old not is not getting freed from the existing modem, please can anyone help me on this? I am now forced to look for other company connection now. KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 Abhishek is 100% right that you need to have loads of patience with RCOM. Better go in for some other provider. RCOM is in the pits now - no customer care at all.
pajat 1 Report post Posted March 27, 2011 I got my netconnect post-to-prepaid conversion done in about a week. Try to send email complaints about this to their nodal officer along with customer care. You stand to get a better response for email complaints, as email can be easily used as an evidence in consumer courts.
