Please Suggest a CDMA Handset For Rs.5000 (With These Features)

guys i seriously need help, the reliance cc guys have thoroughly confused me!!

i used gsm before so no idea how cdma data services work

i'm going for cdma 1x and not evdo

so the cc guys told me abt a rs 99 plan which has unlimted browsing but a network usage charge of 5p/10kb

now why do i have to pay nuc when i pay rs 99 for the plan ?

anyway clear this out for me.. if i surf for an hour on facbook, check email etc.. how am i going to be charged?

then there is a 199 plan which has 750 mb data free but again NUC of 5p/10kb .. plz helm me out guys .. very confused

Question has been answered so many times on forum in different topics.. The answers are there on forum if searched properly...
