HTC Incredible Outgoing SMS Problem

Hello Friends

Few days ago, I've bought one HTC Incredible for myself. (MEID registered with Reliance)

After transferring my MDN to this handset, initially I was not able to receive / make incoming / outgoing calls, for which Mr. Hetal helped. He advised me the correct AKEY & helped me to configure the same.

The issue was resolved after that, however post this, immediately I noticed that I cannot make any outgoing sms, I get an error "Invalid destination or service blocked at destination. SMS Error: Cause Code: 98, Error Class: 3"

I googled for the same however couldn't get any concrete resolution.

Guru's here, if you can pl shed some light??

all of a sudden, the sms's have started...

However it is still a mystery - why I could not send out sms's and how did it all of a sudden start??

Any idea - anyone??
