anandjm 3 Report post Posted June 3, 2011 (edited) I have discovered that after converting one of my postpaid connection to prepaid and then doing an OTA programming through *228 once, any further attempts at dialing *228 and selecting prepaid option fails with the message "The reference number for this call is 149.
