Samsung Wave 533 Motion Sensor Issue

experts, as i have said my wife is using samsung Wave 533 slider keypad with touch gsm handset.Yesterday all by itself the widget motion sensor which flows from one screen to another stopped working and it can only be done while clicking on page pointer and not through flow as it used to work before, what could be the issue and what needs to be done?

anyone to help me out on this matter please or do i need to go to ASSC to sort this out?
