This doesn't make sense. They say they can't reset it. I've to create a new one. Any solution? I already created new but again I couldn't login after a few days. Sent from my GT-P7500 using Tapatalk HD First, creating duplicate ID is not allowed on IRCTC and as usual you had been given wrong info by great CC. Try to reset the password using the website only. Also, provide complete information on the profile page. There is also a possibility that due to multiple ID, your new IDs are getting disabled from their side. 'New Look' & Excellent changes - All basic details (like Availability, Fare . . .) are available in single selection hence no need to click & Wait. Yes its now faster than earlier like say "IRCTC is upgraded from being a snail to tortoise"...
