Using Palm Pixi Plus on Reliance GSM

Hello,

I have just bought an UNLOCKED PALM PIXI PLUS from the United States and am desperate to use it on the Reliance GSM network.

What is wierd about this is that once I put in the Reliance GSM card, I can't move onto anything until I enter the following information:

Internet APN: which I was told by Reliance is rcomnet

Username:

Password:

now for both the above fields, reliance tells me that its blank however, when I hit CHANGE SETTINGS it tells me Unable to Write Settings.

What is wierd is when I try to make an emergency call, I can dial any number I want and talk on tha tnumber for hours.. that's no problem.

Also, I have no idea how to get out of that screen so as to enable me the Menu of the phone. Can someone please help ASAP.

I think you need to install bypass rom.

I've been facing problems with setting up gprs on my Palm Pre. If anybody using Rel GSM prepaid, what are the proper settings for GPRS??

Whenever I try, it says settings not registered.
