How To Load NV dump File To CDMA Workshop 2.7

Recommended Posts

Hi Friends,

I'm trying to make some EVDO setting changes on my phone. I have the NV file with these settings to write. However, I cannot find any info on how to load the NVDump file into CDMA Workshop 2.7 so that I can write this to my phone.

I had found a document detailing this on another site, but the link no longer works.

Can some one point me to some info on how to do this, or if you could explain how do this?

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

gjp.

If you are able to connect and detect your phone to CDMA WS,

Just send the SPC, go to Memory Tab, click on NV Items--> Write, it will ask u to send SPC, select the txt file of data dump.

Thats all.

CDMA WS is not detecting the phone.

I put the phone Diag mode then connected it to my PC. The phone is in USB Debugging mode.

I can't see my phone on the Com Ports in my PC. I don't think my PC is finding my phone. I do see the ADB and HTC Diag (when I right click inthis it says error Code 1) in the Other devices of Device Manager.

Any thing I could be doing wrong or missed? It might be a driver problem, I'm using the drivers I got from Unrevoked.

thanks

Sorry forgot to mention the HW. Was multi-taksing too many things...

Phone is HTC Incredible. I'm using Win XP 32 bit.

Any ideas as what might be the issue, or what I may have not done correctly?

Reposting the situation I'm in again here:

I put the phone Diag mode then connected it to my PC. The phone is in USB Debugging mode.

I can't see my phone on the Com Ports in my PC. I don't think my PC is finding my phone. I do see the ADB and HTC Diag (when I right click inthis it says error Code 1) in the Other devices of Device Manager.

thanks,

>> ISSUE SOLVED. It was driver issues. I loaded the drivers that Dhirajbhai posted and was able to detect my phone in CDMA WS. Thanks DKAILE for posting the drivers! WS
