Krisna 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2005 I had a Motorola C131 handset (Prepaid) Using 2 handset change cards and an unprovisioned handset, I transferred my no. into a New LG RD2030 handset which had a pre-allotted no. After requesting Reliance a number of times I have been unable to log on using RConnect. They say that RConnect has been activated but I am still getting the error meaasge: Username and password invalid on the domain. They are blaming this on change of handset. Why the f*** have they come out with HCC. Anyone any suggestions - straight or roundabout, without having to change phone number. Thanks Krisna

Krisna 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2005 Dun think its because of change in handset.Anyways try sending a mail to chairman from the website. 27290[/snapback] I have done that twice. Once they said that it was activated and that I should reinstall RConnect and thats it. No, it still did not work. The **** heads didnot dare to reply to my second mail. I doubt whether the mail reaches the chairmans' office. It is all hogwash. Today I called customer care and was told that RConnect has not been activated. Holy ****! What are they talking? I doubt if I am suffering for rampant "free" usage of RConnect by prepaid customers. Maybe Reliance is currently not activating RConnect for prepaid customers. meanest indian 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2005 I also had problems with LG2030. I am a Mac user operating on OS10.3 and chose this phone after checking its compatibility on the Reliance website. After similar problems to Ksna and no help from Relianace I visited an authorised Mac store. After 4 days of trying to use this phone on various Mac machines and contacting Mac offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Bombay they concluded that the phone is not compatible with current Mac operating systems. Not so RELIABLE after all not to mention entirely frustrating.
