kshah 452 Report post Posted November 13, 2011 Most cng kits are imported. What is important is fitment. If you are going for kit with lambda controller or sequential kit then software of it is important however none of them is in user control. Ensure that they use genuine valves and piping. city02 63 Report post Posted November 14, 2011 i have used LPG kits in honda and toyota and they have the following benefits over CNG: - half the cost [rs. 20 k vs 40 k] - 1/4th the pressure of cng so less chance of leakage / blowout - lower emissions for fuel injection if you don't have any lpg pumps near your home or work then of course you should go for cng instead depending on usage you breakeven is about rs. 1 k / month on avg so 18-19 months for lpg and 38-39 mths for cng LPG is not a good fuel fpr car IMO Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

This is intolerable, may this govt fall with in 7 days, my baddua.... I am having a santro gls 2008 model and now Cannot bear the burden of petrol anymore (although i am not in favour of CNG but this is too much). want to know the best CNG kit for my car and a good installation center in east delhi area.... members from delhi pls suggest.. Try ECOGAS they have multiple outlets one in kaushambi also.. my friend got his cng kit (lovato premium)fitted from them and he is happy with the performance and service..
