Sending Email From Outlook Express

Recommended Posts

:P

Hi ALL,

I am sure someone of you must be facing my problem, so a solution would be there somewhere out there.

I am able to download all my messages with Outlook Express from the different email addresses I have. These providers have POP and SMTP. However, much as I try, I am not able to reply or send emails using Outlook Express.

Is this a problem with RConnect? Or, is this a problem with my email service provider?

Can anybody throw a light.

Thanks

Please copy paste the error shown in Outlook Express so that we can find out the problem. Anyway, its nothing related to R-Connect. Moving post to "General Technical Forum"

SMTP server : smtp.ricmail.com

Be sure to check, "My server requires authentication" under "Outgoing mail server"

Try using some freeware smpt servers like "Local SMTP server" for sending out emails instead of using the SMTP server provided by the service provider . It will work..
