Please suggest Android handset within Rs.11,000

My friend owns NOKIA E72. Now he wants to buy a new phone and asked me if Android can beat Symbian in terms of technical facilities. I said Of Course it does . So here are his requirements:

• Budget 11K
  
• Capacitive touchscreen with slider QWERTY.
  
• Bluetoth, Wi-Fi. Nice music and video player
  
• Good sound qaulity
  
• Very good battery life
  
• Android 2.3 or greater (I heard icecream-sandwich is going to be out soon)
  
• large internal memory (greater than E72)
  
• 32GB or more expandable memory
