Can I Use Handset Without Reliance Knowing

Suppose if someone finds a relaince handset and wants to use it and if he/she uses a gsk card for that , then what r the chances for relaince to know that he/she is using a lost handset and what r the chances of relaince taking any action or them getting into trouble.

If the owner of the original handset reports to reliance that its lost, then reliance will put the handset under their blacklist and you will not be able to use GSk on it!!
